Versicle help

How can we help?

Answers to common questions about your Versicle, account, and subscription.

Frequently asked questions

What is Versicle?

Versicle is a Bible reader you can talk to. Read the Bible, ask questions, and hear answers. Hold the Talk button to ask a question.

What should I do if my device is offline?

Check that your Versicle has power and a connection. Follow the connection instructions on the device, then refresh its status in My Versicle. Last seen tells you when it was last heard from; it does not guarantee it is online now. A setting is applied only after the device confirms it.

How do I pair my Versicle?

On your Versicle, find the code in Menu → System Info → Pairing, then visit /setup on the website. Sign in, enter the code, check that the serial ending matches your device, and choose Confirm. Your Versicle will show Paired within a few seconds. If the code expires, request a new one on the device. Pairing does not change your Wi-Fi settings or subscription.

What if I can’t sign in?

Check your email address and use the most recent sign-in code. Look in your spam folder if the email hasn’t arrived. When the countdown ends, choose Resend code. If your session has expired, sign in again. Never share your sign-in code.

How do I manage my subscription?

Open Billing in your account to review your subscription, payment method, and billing history. If a payment or access update is pending, refresh its status before trying to pay again. When cancelling, check when access ends. Disconnecting a device or deleting memories does not cancel your subscription.

What does deleting a memory remove?

Saved memories are individual facts or preferences you save or approve for personalization. The memory list is not a conversation transcript. Deleting a memory keeps your past chats, and earlier conversation context is no longer used automatically. Turning memory off deletes all saved memories and pending suggestions. Deleting the chat a memory came from is a separate action on the Memory page. Memory deletion does not delete your account or cancel your subscription. Conversation retention and device-local data follow separate privacy policies.

Keep sign-in codes, payment details, and personal conversations private when asking for help.
